You could do any one of the following......just to name a few:

• Help develop grass roots progams in your area
• Help organize a tournament or a Canadian Championship
• Take a position on the Board of Directors or any of their Committees

The Saskatchewan Team Handball Federation is always looking for volunteers to help out in different capacities.  Whether you can volunteer 1 hour a month or 1 hour a week, we want to hear from you!

Volunteering is a rewarding and valued activity in any sport, and we take pride in recognizing and awarding our volunteers for the amount of time and effort they put into this wonderful sport.

Want to play team handball?

New to the sport?  Never played before?  Played on a high school team and want to play again? It doesn't matter how much experience you have or don't have, we want to help you get involved and play the sport.  There are many different playing opporutnities you can take part in.  Play on a league team (recreational); play on a traveling club team (competitive); or play on a Provincial Team (elite).  All opportunities require a different amount of time and money, so play as much or as little as you want to or are able to. 

Don't have a team in your area?  Want to start a team?  The Saskatchewan Team Handball Federation can assist you in starting a team in your area.
